Valerie Jaudon

limited edition | screenprint

Abstract, geometric and ornamental forms characterize the works of artist Valerie Jaudon. She refers to a millennia-old tradition, which she develops further in her contemporary, modern art. Jaudon succeeds in uniting seemingly contradictory forms of expression of oriental calligraphic designs with hard edge painting and concrete art in an unmistakable, independent style.

Key points of reference are harmonious dimensions, structural order, harmonious proportions, serial repetition of patterns and forms, symmetrical balance, elegant color selection, precisely executed. Valerie Jaudon enjoys experimenting with a wide variety of symbols, which she combines in seemingly endless variations. Her compositions are characterized by high aesthetics, pure beauty.
